Camera not opening

When I try to open my back camera it won't open. It shows a error. I restart my device several time but it won't work

can you try a different app and see if it works?

Yes I used camera 360 and it's working but when I trying to use default camera it shows an error

is the error 80070005 or something similar?

Open settings > privacy > other devices > scroll down and check that the camera toggle is on

can I ask which phone model you have and on what OS version? Have you checked for OS and app updates?

Lumia 535 and is version is 10.0.14926.1000 Windows 10...i am using windows insider fast ring. Yesterday I update is and all app also. Regularly i try to keep updated my phone

Then it might be an issue with the fast insider ring: send feedback via feedback hub and either wait for the next update to fix it or try a factory reset or revert back to the official AU release
