Lumia 950 XL Lots of my Contacts have disappeared.

They just seemed to disappear overnight.
I have logged onto Outlook.com and the contacts are still there in the People Hub.
I have also checked on my Microsoft Surface and my old Lumia 920 and both has the full set of contacts.
Also I checked the Filter options, but nothing appears to be worng
For some reason they have physically disappeared on my 950. I have tried a soft reset etc.
In the Setting the Outlook Account seems to be permanently "Synchronising".

Any ideas?

soft reset and change the wifi connection

Check for app and OS updates too

My contacts have also been disappearing. Funny thing is some very old contacts which I thought were lost are reappearing randomly. This issue is getting bigger and is going on. I have a 1020, W10M. Running on 10586.545.

it seems to be an issue due to the new outlook.com rollout :grincry:
