How to take Backup in Window Laptop

[Windows Central Question]

I have bought Sony Vaio Laptop with Licence version Windows 8.

Then after every update It is running with Windows 10.

Due to virus or other problem - Laptop got slower.

Computer experts told to do format Laptop but doesn't know how to reinstall windows 10.

After format and reinstall Laptop will run on Windows 8 and not 10 ? ( I get done format 2 times in past and all update lost and original version at the time of purchase is running)

As today we can not update Version 10 from Version 8 due to expiry of offer.

Please suggest How to get windows 10 after formatting.

Then they should know, once you updated your device to W10, you can always reinstall W10 on that device.

go to settings > update > recovery > reset your pc - choose the option that says keep files. this will effectively reinstall the same windows so that it can run better.
