Hi there. Maybe try a couple trouble shooting steps?

First toggle on and off the WiFi on your phone and see if it will rediscover networks.

If that still doesn't work, try a soft reset. To do a soft reset, simple hold down the power button on your phone for 15 seconds, or until it vibrates. Then check your WiFi again to see if you can see your WiFi connection.

one more solution would be to restart the wifi router
