My windows Lumia 640XL had fallen and the glass broken.

Search on social for one cheap display repairer, they are everywhere on local groups

so touch works but there are cracks? You'll have to do the full replacement of the screen since the touch hardware is connected with the glass - so no real way of changing the glass only
