If I delete photos from my iOS photos app, will they delete from One Drive?

I have the auto-upload for photos turned on in my One Drive App. My concern is that if I delete the photos from my phone, will it delete them from OneDrive?

Also, I know I should be using a Windows Phone (I had one and prefer it, but when I had switched to Sprint there was no option). I am much hoping for a Surface Phone on Sprint!
