lexmark 3500-4500 series - still will not comunicate with computer after the windows 10 updates

since the windows 10 updates, my Lexmark inkjet 3500-4500 series will not communicate with my PC. I have installed new driver, still will not print.

can you reinstall the software? And ask the printer company whether that printer is supported for windows 10?
