Maybe new Windows 10 UWP app which is not available. It's 4s in ProShot Classic app.

There is a new ProShot app that has just been released. It is shown in the store as ProShot; the original is shown as ProShot Classic.

One of our members has found ways of hacking the registry to get longer exposure times and higher ISO but the results don't look that good
