Any mobile or phablet supporting full desktop Windows?

Hello,

I was wondering if there's any mobile or windows phablet (maybe upto 7" or 8") which support a full desktop windows installation, running .exe files, etc whilst still being able to receive/make phone calls like any other standard phone?

I've not been able to see any with Windows, if they don't exist, any idea why?
or if they do exist, could you please give me some models to do further research and see where I could get one and for how much?

Because hardly any manufacturer uses Intel CPUs in their phones, except a few ASUS phones. The only one I have seen recently capable of running WIndows was this, but I am not sure if it actually ever released.

so far there hasn't been anything like that. The lumia 950 and other continuum phones can run windows 10 on a large screen and run some apps in full mode but not exe programs

Unfortunately, it is not a phone. You cannot make GSM/3G voice calls, nor can you use Whatsapp. But this is a good start. Hope the Surface Phone becomes a reality one day.

I put in a pre-order for holofone in September for Nov 5th availability. I got an email from Akyumen on Nov 5th that the phone is available. I logged in to check the status of my order and it is showing as "processing" since then. I check every day to see if it is shipped but until today (Nov 30th) it shows as processing.

It has been 25 days now... I don't know when they are going to ship my order.
I have sent multiple emails so far. They don't have a phone number listed. I am emailing them regularly on info@akyumen.com and using their contact portal thru their website. I have not received a single reply so far.

It is so sad to deal with a company like this.
