Cortana problem on windows 10 mobile

[Windows Central Question]

I have Lumia 1520 running Windows 10 build 14393.82
And I accidently uninstalled "Hey Cortana"
Now I can't find it in Settings>Extra

But before i did that i was trying to train Cortana but every time it says turn Cortana on ... But there was no turn on or off button in Cortana settings.

Can you help me getting hey Cortana back??

I live in Saudi Arabia... But my phone is on USA for both region and language.

you might want to do a factory reset for that

Do you mean hard reset by saying factory reset??
It's kinda annoying to hard reset the phone .. so i want to make sure if doing this will solve it.

I don't have much experience with Cortana but have you tried checking store for the hey cortana feature?

And after accidentally removing it, does Cortana work? Is the speech also set to US English?
