Windows Central Question

I've made a recording using the voice memos app on my iPhone 4s which is running on IOS 9.3.5 I would like to use this recording as an alarm ringtone. I know I need to change the file type of the audio file from .m4a to .m4r but I'm struggling to do this using Windows 10. If anyone knows how, any help would be greatly appreciated many thanks in advance.

there should be different programs that can help you do that - try searching online for music converters

Rename the .m4a to .m4r and add it to iTunes.

I'm not joking. Make sure its no longer than 30 seconds. (or the limit might be 45)
