SD card problem: Undiscoverable Errors

Happens from 2 days with me.
Symptoms:
1. Slow Charging problem, Please use the genuine one.

Whenever I done Soft reset to get rid from Slow Charging.
-After That, My phone asked me to Scan Sd card for fixes. I tapped 'Yes', but in next seconds it shows an error:

Is it SD card problem OR w10m AU Non-insider OR my Lumia 535 problem??
Has anybody faced this?

Fear you need to deeply check via a notebook sd reader
