my microsoft account has not sync my email for the last 22 hours on my lumia 930

I can access my emails on my computer but my lumia 930 will not sync and there is no way of deleting the account and try a reinstall the only option i get with it is to sync and it wont with error code 8500201D it says find out more information at windowsphone.com but it doesnt recognise the error code

can you check for OS updates and also check that your time, time zone, date and region settings are correct?
