why i am not able to download GROOVE MUSIC app in my phone???

As i have lumia 540 dual sim.I m using window 10 in it.I m not able to download it's music app(GROOVE MUSIC).plzz help me.it is showing that it is error 0*80070057.

check that your date, time, time zone and region settings are correct -
If that doesn't work, try to check for OS updates and then do a soft reset
