How do you get back to regular internet after using webnote?

I had to write my signature when I was trying to order something, so I used webnote. But then I could not get out of it to finish my order. When I hit exit at the top right corner, it erased my signature.

To my knowledge, Web Note allows you to doodle on a webpage. If you sign a form using that, it's not going to work.
