why don't i have cortana on my computer

[Windows Central Question]

even though i live in Czech republic, i have all the settings set on that i live in US, speak english, and all that stuff... (these settings are also applied to my microsoft account)

But still - the thing is that wherever i look, i will find only "another info about cortna and search" Can i even somehow enable cortana on my comuter (WIN10)

try checking for OS updates
Is your speech language settings also set to English US?
