Windows Central Question

So we have Dell Optiplex 9020's in our classrooms running Windows 10 for the first time this semester. Randomly when someone goes to turn the machine on it's acts like it's booting, but a few seconds later the machine just turns off. If you hit the power button and turn the machine off and back on it will do the same thing and shut down. If you boot into BIOS and then restart the machine from there it will come up fine. This is happening on a good many of our machines, but it's random. Sometimes it will start up just fine. Other times it will shutdown after a few seconds.

Have a look under the device manager and check under system devices for any exclamation marks or yellow question marks <- there shouldn't be any. If there are click on the offending item and run update driver in the driver tab. Use Search automatically for updated driver software.

Check for OS updates too as well as app updates
