problem with shooting videos on Lumia 830

I've the Lumia 830 with the latest windows 10 anniversary update and i noticed a problem with shooting videos it keeps making some weird stuff and frames drop and it's all messed up so i don't know of it's a software problem or a hardware problem

check for OS updates, app updates and try a soft reset

are you using a sd card?
