Lumia 550 charging problem

I am using Microsoft Lumia 550 build 10.0.10586.29. The problem is, it's taking too much time for charging. 0-100% completes with 4 hours. I am totally fed up with this. Please give some solution for this guys. Thanks in advance.

Your phone is a lot out of date, last official builds fixed the battery drain.
In the meantime, go to Settings -> System -> Battery and tap on Show apps per use, and check the most draining

update your phone - that build was released last year I think. The latest official build is 14393.67

Find a strong fast wifi signal, update your phone and then update apps
