how to enlarge a photo in windows 10 photo edit?

How can I enlarge the size of a photo in my windows 10. The edit program in the photo app that comes with window 10 does not seem to have a way to enlarge photos.
Any help or suggestions how to do that or must I buy another program?

Cropping a part of the picture will signal the program to enlarge the remaining portion.

if you're trying to make the dimensions bigger, you can use the paint program and use the stretch options

Actually, if you enlarge your photos by simply increasing their height and width, your photos will get fuzzy and pixlated.

You have some alternative method to deal with such issue. Like using Photoshop, some online tool or free GIMP.
