errors posted after enter password : users\owner\appdata\local\temp\123207log.iniis lost, then 'the ordinal 1 could not be located in the dynamic link library (sqlmangr.exe)

Open Task Manager and go to Startup
Disable "SQL Server Service Manager"
It is the SQL icon that is in the taskbar. Controls the sqlmangr.exe. SQL 2000 doesn't need it to be working.
Reboot - error will not popup
