My oem windows 10 does not work. Start button nothing, Task Manager & Action Center
ALL do not work
I can not seem to move forward with repair

How do I perform a repair reinstall on this OEM windows 10 machine ??

So you can't even go to settings? Even a restart doesn't do anything?
