Not able to access apps or even settings.

[Windows Central Question]

I recently downloaded windows 10 in my lumia 435.
it had some booting problem but i restored the factory settings then it worked fine.
now i have some other problem which is not being solved by restoring the factory settings.
i am not able to access any apps or even settings in my phone.

i got my phone updated today. it showed a message "new phone update available" but now after downloading it, i am not able to access even a single app.
Please help.

What happens when your try to open an app? Do you get an error message?

even a soft reset doesn't work? Do you have a sd card?
