Check your Manufacturer's site for the correct Function Button.

Hold it down right from the moment of pressing power to start, not after. UEFI goes so fast now you miss the microsecond when it is viable if you have normal human reactions.

open cmd as admin
enter this command "bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes"
this will unlock F8 key...
now restart and keeep pressing F8 key and select safemode:smile:
