Can the 735 use Continuum?

continuum is currently available only for high end windows 10 mobile devices and no lumia 735 doesn't support continuum

If you're in the US then I would suggest checking Micro Center and they surely have many desktop computers and accessories for less than 250 combined.

Could always go for a PC on a HDMI stick with a budget of $250. All you'd need then is a TV, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo, and you're set. Just they're not as powerful as an actual desktop, but can do more than a phone.
