Wont print before opening OneNote. Can't open OneNpte

I checked the printer driver (Brother MFC 7460N) and it seems to have been re-installed as part of the upgrade.

Every time I try to print, it says "You have to run OneNote for the first time before we can do that." It tries to open One Note and gets stuck.
Why is OneNote connected to my printing function?

onenote might have become the default printer instead of your physical printer - check in default devices to see if the printer has been selected
