Problem with msconfig and no username and password screen in Windows 10

How can I get username and password screen back in Windows?
I had choose on check a box for Active Directory repair on Safe mode In the System configuration, Apply and Ok then Restart...
There was disappeared username and password screen in Windows 10 so how will I get username and password screen back in Windows 10?
What will I do about the username and password screen back in Windows 10?
