Why can't I update to Windows 10 1607?

The update downloads fine but when I try to install it it reaches 32% and then my computer freezes. I have to turn it off and on again, and then it restores my previous Windows version. Windows Update says it is error 0x8007139f.

next time when it is instaling, just when it starts to install, switch off internet
