My headphones & mic will not work after Windows Update

[Windows Central Question]

After Windows installed the Anniversary Update my headphone & mic wont work. New headphones w/USB port..worked just fine b4 update. Any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried:

1) Try a different usb port?
2) Reinstalling drivers if there are any?
