Is it safe to delete previous version of Windows 10?

I have a new PC that came with Windows 10, looking in System storage to free space I found in Temporary files a previous version of windows using 72.8 MB. Can it be deleted to free space?

yes you can, important files are never shown up on built in storage clean up utility.

that you can safely delete and it's small too
