What will be my windows 10 serial number when the insider program is finished.

I have 4 machines with the latest insider version installed. all were updated from win 8.1. I now see product ID, but no serial numbers on two of them. where did they disappear to.

Check to see if they are activated. After that, login your microsoft account. Once you do that, you'll not need to know the serial number. Because it'll activate by itself even if you format the machine. See these articles for more info:

If you really want to know the Windows Product Key, use tools RJL Software - Software - Utility - Windows Product Key Viewer
