PC Windows 10 - Hidden files

I'm cleaning out some hard drives and while not showing anything in the drive it still has 31.4MB Used.
I have enabled show Hidden Files option enabled.
Any help would be appreciated.

It is very likely those files are protected system files. You can disable the setting from Options.

or maybe some bad sectors? Try checking for disc issues
