Is it possible to have a sticky note appearring as I use excel?

I am trying to have the sticky note 'pasted' to my excel worksheet so I can see some information as I complete a worksheet. Is it possible, or are they only intended for my main screen?
 
Sticky notes will only stay on the desktop.

However Onenote or Notezilla can provide what you need mi thinks :)

or you could resize excel to show on part of your screen and the note on the rest of the screen and work that way
