I do not think anyone else except MS employees knows anything about that. Maybe Daniel Rubino and Zac Bowden do and if they do, they're probably not allowed to say anything about that. All we have so far are rumors, and I believe those are true. I don't think that if it does launch it will launch before 2017 though.

No one knows. Everything is speculation and rumors. At this point its the only thing that ms mobile fanboys hope for any kind of turnaround.
