Why is my Twitter app refusing to launch

[Windows Central Question]

The app is installed on my desktop, running Windows 10. It was fine last night, but today refuses to launch both from the start menu, and from 'all apps'.

Hi, I had the same issue earlier today.
I was on build 10586.xxx, so I updated to Redstone and it is now working again.
What OS version are you currently on?

Hi I am on 10586.545 with L925 and after the last update it keeps crashing. I tried soft and hard reset, but didn't solve the problem.

did you try reinstalling the app?

try reinstalling the app or resetting it from settings >system > apps > select the app > advanced options > reset
