lumia 550 and the CLOUD

I have the lumia 550, I can't get it to link with "CLOUD" on my PC. Have tried a direct cable to download and that won't work. any sugestions?

if you wish to copy files from your phone to your pc, you can connect via USB cable and go to my pc, open your phone storage and copy the files

If you wish to upload the files to onedrive (Microsoft's cloud service), you have the onedeive app on your phone, sign in and select files to upload
