blue box on Intel Inside vision tab

I am trying to manufacture reset my tablet to give to my brother... it did its thing and when I came back there is a TPM configuration change....it isn't allowing me to choose yes or no... I don't have a mouse with a small USB end and can't find my keyboard.... this did not happen last time I had to do it... what do I do?!
