my lumia 1320 is totally dead while I kept on desk. I check the batery level in other devices its still 60.. How can I turn on my device could suggest me any procedure to switch on my device

try plugging in the device, to the charger that should wake it up. If not you must be looking at motherboard damage.

keep it on the charger for a couple of hours and then try switching on
