Don't know what device you are locked out of but on my Surface Pro 3 when I am at the pin I have a line "Sign in options " and I can choose my password.

Totally locked out

didnt change my pin but its saying its wrong and i dont know what to do?!?! It's a desktop computer and when I click on sign in options it has no option to choose my password.

Same here on my Asus Transformer on Windows 10. Shows me pin or password options. Good luck to OP
