Windows Central Question

I gave shared links to my students. Some with editing rights and others without editing rights. When the link is clicked they are taken sometimes to the login screen (since the information you are trying to access is sensitive, you need to log in) and at other times to a screen with the error message "services not available" even while Onedrive is accessible by me normally.

if it's an edit right, they need to log in to their account to edit
Share to view shouldn't require log in but the error - maybe their internet connection is poor or they need to update their browser?
