Windows Central app is quirky

When the new Windows Central app for 10 loaded on my 640 it was problematic. It wouldn't load, it would buffer forever and then drop. Loading the page would take a long time. And then it would freeze. While scrolling it would running back up to the top of the page. And lastly, you can't multi task, you come back and it's closed again. I have the old one works really well but I give up the functionality.

The only issue I have is the multitasking one, as for the rest I would recommend you uninstall and reinstall again.
Although recently list of articles on launch doesn't update so I refresh manually.

Along with what silentFan said, I'd make sure to install it on your phone's memory rather than an SD card. I know my own personal 640 has issues with many apps on the SD card (including Win Central) that go away when you install them on the phone itself.
