Microsoft Outsourcing Lumia as of October 1st?

I found this out purely by chance today. Had to deal with Microsoft to see about getting a warranty replacement for my nine month old Lumia 830. I was informed by the MS rep that after October 1, they would no longer responsible for the Lumia brand and that they would be outsourced to a yet unnamed company. The question is, who is it?

I'm assuming from that information that some third-party repair service is going to be taking over for Lumia service and stuff.

I'm sure something like Asurion is to be expected.
