My lumia 535 stucks on lockscreen!!!!

My lumia 535 sometimes stuck on lockscreen so I can't unlock the screen.... Then I did a soft reset & my phone back on track!!!!!!!! But this problem took place twice in last week.... It never happened before...... Do you guys know why it happened...... Is it a critical problem or 'hang'?????? Seriously its irritating.....my sd card has 800 mb & phone has 1.5 GB free space........

If it was fixed only by a soft reset, then it's nothing critical.

When I just press power button or volume down & power button for ten Seconds, it was back on track..... I just can't understand the reason. Bcoz of virus???????? Or anything??????

Certainly not a virus. Perhaps a rogue app. Nothing critical.

maybe an update had installed - what OS do you have? Do you have background apps running? Or any apps connected with lockscreen?

No apps were in background...... I'm using 8.1 lumia denim 1.....
