Disabling swipe to go frwd or back in w10m edge browser

The swipe to go frwd or back ( especially back) in edge browser for w10m is an annoying feature which I want to disable...is there a way?

As far as I know there isnt a setting for that... However you may put this as suggestion in Feedback hub and hope that someone from MS actually a g.f. about it

Lol yeah I know but it's not like don't want this feature i just want the option to disable it....the way I use my thumb while scrolling through a page I accidentally go frwd or back like a million times and it gets annoying. Heck I knew the option isn't there lol

I had also post a feedback to get an option to Switch it 'on/off'

iPhone has the same exact feature but implementation is much better as it navigates back only when swiping from the edge of the screen Windows 10 navigates back even when swiping the middle of the page.
