i hit something now all my contacts are hidden how do i get them back

I can't find my phone contacts there bidding I want them back what do I do

Open People app, unser I'm showing tap on the colored word, then select all option you see (Outlook, Facebook etc,) and unselect Hide contacts without numbers -> Done
