I'm tired of removing the same number of each contact.

Its mostly happens after hard reset when i restore my backup contacts.

Is there any way to decrease the redundancy of contacts?

-- reasonable replies welcome.

so when the contacts are syncing, there are duplicates? I'm trying to get the exact issue here

I've seen this happen to me a couple of times. I started to notice that my contacts that had Skype, Outlook and maybe an old "MSN Messenger" account would show on my contacts list duplicate d 2/3 times.

I resolved this by logging into Outlook.com, going into Peoples hub, started to clean up contacts, by manually merging profiles together. So your contact should only have one profile containing all details.

After doing this, I've not faced this issue.

Every time I have to remove contacts one by one; have not much time to delete 3-5 copy of every 200 contacts :|
