window 10 update frozen my computer since sat am .

I can't use or access my main computer . I am really frustrated as it wasn't optional to instal . Can't access bank accounts at work for wages etc ,invoicing anything . 2 days business lost w Now can.t cant use main business computer . Dont understand computers and just need it to work !!!!!
