how to downgrade my hp pavilion from windows 10 to windows 8

I need to downgrade my laptop from windows 10 to windows 8.1 which was the original os.

You should have a recovery partition on your laptop unless you erased it when you upgraded to W10.

Otherwise you'll need to download a W8.1 ISO and use the license number on your laptop sticker.

Please note this will erase everything off you laptop so I recommend removing any personal items first.

Your hp should get still the original recovery partition, which can be activated during boot pressing F2 if I remember well, check Hp website.
That mens your pc will be totally wiped and restored as first time out-of-the-box
