Lumina 550 s less than month old. Dissappointing problems from start

only 2 apps> whats app and windows msgr. Cant record message with first and cant see recorded msgs with the second. whats app shows red flashing mike on left side when I tap mike to record. Counter stays at 000. Msgr app shows voice msg rcvd but cant open it. Have to go to my lap top to listen! Lastly, the volume on the alarm is non existant. I could never use that as an alarm clock.

The alarm has changed recently. It starts out low and then becomes louder until you silence the alarm.
