App on Win Phone for Amazon Coupons and others?

A friend of mine, on Android has an app that accumulates credits for Amazon. I don't remember the name of the app, but it really works. He always has 50-100? of credit to use on Amazon.
Is there anything similar on Windows Phone?

Not knowing the app name and whether it's legal or not makes it difficult to say one way or the other.
